An ongoing, integrated outreach initiative incorporating new outlets, tools, and digital resources to promote the Rudy Bruner Award, including: a Metropolis magazine content series for ongoing exposure; expansion of media targets and local market outreach; media pitch development; website updates; social media integration; award ceremony and exhibit ideas; repurposing of content for RBA case study books

 

Goal:

boost awareness of the venerable award among key target audiences, encouraging entries while “advancing the conversation about making cities better” among design professionals, educators, students, and the general public

 

Results:

entries nearly doubled in the first partnership cycle, media coverage doubled by the second cycle
